The 8 Official Entries for the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival The race continues at this year's Metro Manila Film Festival . UPDATE (1|03|16) - DAY 8: A lot of audiences return to cinemas on New Year Day. The 8th Day of the festival added an est. PHP 97 million bringing its total to PHP 737 million which is still up from last year and is on bound to beat the last year's 2 week total of PHP 1.01 billion. The top four films remains the same. UPDATE (1|02|16) - DAY 7 : One Week! Thursday showings added a low PHP 18 miilion. The total box office earnings of MMFF totaled up to PHP 640 million which is still up from last year while it may have a tough time beating last year's PHP 701 million 8-day total.
