'The Super Parental Guardians' box office success: What does this mean to MMFF and the whole Philippine Box Office
The Super Parental Guardians is undeniably another box office success from duo Vice Ganda and Coco Martin. Without opening on an MMFF season, the film has still managed to pull in a huge number that no MMFF movie this year can achieve and is still playing in theaters outside of Metro Manila. What does this mean to this year's MMFF entries and the whole box office in the country? First of all, Both The Super Parental Guardians and Enteng Kabisote 10 were rejected from this year's MMFF. This lead them to releasing both movies on an earlier date. Releasing on Bonifacio Day was proven to be a success.
