'La La Land' opens to $ 525K; Patriots Day at $ 233K; No reports for Star Cinema's 'Extra Service'

It's a so-so week in the box office. Critically-acclaimed and Golden Globes winner La La Land opened to solid numbers as well as Patriots Day. Star Cinema hasn't released any numbers for Extra Service which is not good for the action comedy movie. Here are the box office numbers for the following movies as of January 15, 2017. This is an incomplete list (with Box Office Mojo no longer posting a list):


La La Land - $25K (opening)
Patriots Day - $223K (opening)
Assassin's Creed - $1.976 million (2nd week)
Passengers - $1.208 million (2nd week)
Sing - $763K (2nd week)
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story - $4.322 million (6th week)
